4. A Special Note on Screenshots and AI Generation

Because our App generates songs based on screenshots and text you upload:

  • Third-Party AI Providers: We may use third-party artificial intelligence services (such as Google Gemini, etc.) to process your text and images and generate the audio. By using the App, you acknowledge that your User Content may be shared with these providers solely for the purpose of generating your requested content.
  • Sensitive Information in Screenshots: Please be careful not to upload screenshots containing highly sensitive personal information (such as passwords, financial data, personal addresses, or private conversations) unless you intend for it to be processed by our Service.
  • Model Training: We do NOT use your personal images or text to train our AI models.

5. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information in the following situations:

  • With Service Providers: We share data with third-party vendors who provide services such as cloud hosting (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud), analytics, and AI processing.
